Royal Charter Benefits

Royal Charter Pricing

  • Open Play: $0 (peak + off-peak)

  • Court Reservations:

    Off-peak: $20/hr per court

    Peak: $25/hr per court

  • Tournaments: $15–$75 (varies)

  • Clinics / Classes: 2 free, then 10% off (varies)

  • Special Events: 10% off (varies)

  • Cash Prize / Open Tournaments: discounted entry

  • Seasonal League: $0–$75 per person (varies)

  • Merchandise: 10% off

  • Paddle Rental: Free

  • Ball Machine: $10/hr

Royal Charter Guest Passes

Royal Charter members receive 2 guest passes per month, which can be used as:

  • 2 single-use guest visits, or

  • 1 visit for 2 guests at the same time

Each guest pass includes:

  • Access to open play during designated times

  • Court use with the hosting member

  • Basic facility access (restrooms, lounge, etc.)

Guest pass rules:

  • Passes expire annually

  • Same guest limited to 2 total visits

Guest passes do not include:

  • Court reservations without the member

  • Leagues or tournaments

  • Clinics, lessons, or special events (unless stated)

Member Pricing

  • Open Play: $0 (peak + off-peak)

    Court Reservations:

    Off-peak: $20/hr per court

    Peak: $35/hr per court

    Ball Machine: $10/hr

    Paddle Rental: Free

    Tournaments: $15–$75

    Leagues: $0–$75 per person

    Clinics / Classes: 10% off

  • Leagues: $15–$180 per person (varies)

  • Month-to-Month Membership: $140

  • Day Pass: $60

  • Seasonal Pass: $520 (any 4 consecutive months)

  • Trial Month: $30 (30 days)

NOTES

  • Memberships will not activate until opening day

  • Renewals will occur one year after opening

  • Download the OpenCourt app to reserve courts, join games, connect with players, and stay updated on PoP events

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change — Our policy helps keep court availability fair for everyone.

Court Reservations

  • Cancel 12+ hours before: full refund or credit

  • Cancel within 12 hours: non-refundable

  • No-shows: charged in full

Open Play

  • Cancel 6+ hours before: full refund or credit

  • Cancel within 6 hours: non-refundable

  • Late arrivals may lose their spot if the session is full

Leagues, Clinics & Programs

  • Cancel 48+ hours before: full refund or credit

  • Cancel within 48 hours: non-refundable (medical emergencies only)

  • Once a league/program starts: no refunds

Private Events & Court Buyouts

  • 7+ days: full refund (minus deposits)

  • 3–6 days: 50% refund

  • Under 72 hours: no refund

Facility Closures

If Palace of Pickleball cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds or credits will be issued.

All cancellations must be made through the OpenCourt app or by contacting the front desk during business hours.
