    Host your next event somewhere your guests will be excited to show up. At Palace of Pickleball, our indoor courts feature a coastal-inspired design that brings the outside in—creating a bright, relaxed atmosphere perfect for any occasion.

    From corporate outings to birthday parties and social gatherings, we’ll help tailor the experience to your group. Fill out the Event Request Form below, and let us handle the details while you enjoy the game.

    Typical Event Flow

    Arrival: Guests arrive 15 minutes early

    Check-In: Check-in at the front desk (must sign waiver)

    Welcome: Welcome to Palace of Pickleball (PoP staff) in party room 10-minute

    Host Remarks: Optional message from company leader or host ~ 10-minute

    Instruction: Overview of pickleball rules & scoring ~ 15-minute

    Warm-Up: On-court warm-up ~ 10-minute

    Organized Play: Pre-determined format (round robin, teams, etc.) ~ 60-90 minutes

    Final Matches: Championship or winner matches ~ 30 minutes

    Photos: Winners photos on podium 15 minutes

    Social Time: Return to party room for food, relaxation, and/or closing remarks ~ 60 minutes

    PRICING STRUCTURE

    Court Rental Rates
    $60 per court/per hour
    - Applies to events lasting 3-5 hours
    - Number of courts based on quantity of attendees
    - Minimum event spend: $360

    Retreat Suite Party Room Rate (For duration of event)
    - $120

    Coaching/Instruction
    - $85 for 30-minute fun instruction (for beginners and/or intermediate players)

    Food & Beverage Packages
    - Bring your own
    - Basic: $5/person additional, includes snacks like nuts, chips, breakfast bars, juice or water
    - Premium: $20/person, includes light meal or boxed lunch such as sandwich, chips, fruit, drink
    - Ultimate: $36/person, includes full catered meal, options provided

    Service Fee
    - $50 covers event planning, scheduling, setup coordination, and on-site staff support to ensure a smooth and successful event

    Final pricing is subject to availability and is based on number of courts, duration, peak vs off-peak hours, and add-ons such as instruction by Coach and food and beverage package.
