While we’re sharing pricing on our website, please note that these rates are preliminary and may change. Our goal is to provide transparency and give a general sense of where our pricing is headed.

NOTES
• Memberships will not be activated until opening, and renewals will occur one year after opening
• Please download the OpenCourt app to reserve courts, find games, connect with players, and stay updated on PoP events

PRICING
• Open Play: Off-peak hours $0 | peak hours $0
• Court Reservations: Off-peak hours $20/hour/court | peak hours $35/hour/court
• Tournaments: $15-$75 (prices will vary)
• Clinics, Classes: 10% discount (prices will vary)
• Special Events: 10% discount (prices will vary)
• Open Tournaments, Cash Prizes: discounted
• Seasonal League: $0-$75 per person (prices will vary)
• Merchandise: 10% off
• Paddle rental: free
• Ball Machine: $10/hour

It includes:
• 10% off (first year only)
• Unlimited open play sessions
• Preferred court reservations (members can reserve 14 days in advance (non-members 5 days), standard peak & off-peak rates apply)
• Early access and discounts on leagues, clinics, events, and special programming
• Invitation to the Soft Opening event
• Free Wi-Fi and access to lounge/remote work areas (on days without corporate events)
• Priority communication on schedule changes, new programs, and member-only opportunities
• Receive one guest pass per month which includes:
- One single-use visit for a guest (not to be used more that twice for the same guest)
- Access to open play during designated times
- Use of courts with the hosting VIP member
- Passes expire annually
- Same guest limited to 2 visits total
- Basic facility access (restrooms, lounge, etc.)

It does not include:
• Locked-in discounted renewal rates for life
• Free peak-hour court rates
• Keyless entry outside normal operating hours

Open Play/Drop-in: Off-peak hours $15/two-hour session | peak hours $20/two-hour session
Court Reservations: Off-peak hours $40/hour (or $10/person/hour) | peak hours $50/hour (or $12.50/person/hr)
Tournaments, Clinics, Special Events: Standard entry fees
Open Tournaments, Cash Prizes: Full price
Seasonal League: $15-$180 per person, prices will vary
Month-month: $140

• Can reserve courts up to 5 days in advance (standard peak & off-peak rates apply)
• Seasonal Pass $520 for 4 months (any grouping of 4 consecutive months/year)
• Trial Month: $30 for 30 days

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our members and guests while allowing us to manage court availability effectively.

It typically involves a 24-hour notice for court rentals (offering account credit/full refund) and a longer window, like 48 hours, for lessons/clinics, while enforcing penalties like full charges for late cancellations or no-shows, often with a system for waitlists to fill spots. We employ a tiered approach, allowing occasional missed spots (e.g., 3 in 30 days). 

Court Reservations
• Cancellations made 12 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation will receive a full refund or account credit.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation are non-refundable, as courts are held specifically for your time slot.
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation fee.

Open Play Sessions
• Cancellations made 6+ hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 6 hours are non-refundable.
• Late arrivals may forfeit their spot if the session is full.

Leagues, Clinics & Programs
• Cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in the case of documented medical emergencies.
• Once a league or program begins, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

Private Events & Court Buyouts
• 7+ days’ notice: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits.
• 3–6 days’ notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund.

Weather & Facility-Related Closures
• As an indoor facility, weather rarely impacts play. If Palace of Pickleball must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds or credits will be issued.

Transfers & Substitutions
• Reservations may be transferred to another player if you’re unable to attend, provided they check in under your reservation.

How to Cancel
• All cancellations must be made through the OpenCourt app or by contacting the front desk during business hours.

We encourage communication for last-minute issues, especially if on a waitlist, and we'll try to accommodate.
