A: We are currently open to the public members.
Q: Where is The Palace located?
A: We’re conveniently located on Holland Road in the Timberlake Shopping Center, just minutes from the I-264 exit (near Mt. Trashmore), with easy parking and nearby restaurants. Address is 4239 Holland Rd. Ste. 764, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

A: No wind, no sun glare or dangerous UV rays, no rainouts, no mosquitoes—just consistent play on professional-grade, regulation sized courts in a cool, coastal atmosphere.
Q: Do I need to be a member to play?
A: No. Although members enjoy exclusive benefits and priority booking, we’re open to the public for open play, classes, themed events and more.
Q: What levels of play do you support?
A: Everyone’s welcome! From beginners and casual players to tournament-level athletes, we’ll have programs and events for all skill levels.
Q: How much will Open Play cost as a member?
A: Open Play is included in your membership.
Q: How much will Open Play cost as a non-member?
A: Peak hours: $20/person/session. Off-peak hours: $15/person/session.

A: Members: Peak hours: $25/court/hour. Off-peak hours: $20/court/hour. Non-members: Peak hours: $50/court/hour. Off-peak hours: $40/court/hour.
Q: What are your Peak and Off-peak hours?
A: Currently, Peak hours are Monday through Friday 6:00pm-9:00pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. Off-peak hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am-5:59pm.

A: Yes. A Seasonal Membership ($520) consists of a consecutive 4 month block.

A: Absolutely! Certified coaches and Pickleball Instructors will offer private lessons, group clinics, events, and bootcamps to help every player improve their game.
