Typical Event Flow

Arrival: Guests arrive 15 minutes early

Check-In: Check-in at the front desk (must sign waiver)

Welcome: Welcome to Palace of Pickleball (PoP staff) in party room 10-minute

Host Remarks: Optional message from company leader or host 10-minute

Instruction: Overview of pickleball rules & scoring 15-minute

Warm-Up: On-court warm-up 10-minute

Organized Play: Pre-determined format (round robin, teams, etc.) 60-90 minutes

Final Matches: Championship or winner matches ~30 minutes

Photos: Winners photos on podium 15 minutes

Social Time: Return to party room for food, relaxation, and/or closing remarks ~60 minutes

Pricing Structure

Court Rental Rates

- Peak Hours: Weekdays 4-8 pm | Weekends 9 am-8 pm | $50 per court/per hour | Subject to Availability

- Off-Peak Hours: $30 per court/per hour

- Applies to events lasting 3-5 hours

- Minimum event spend: $360

- Final pricing is based on number of courts, duration, peak vs off-peak hours, and add-ons

Party Room Rate (For duration of event)

- $120 (includes clean-up fee)
